Shipping Policy

Shipping rates are dependent on product weight, dimensions, required shipment speed and location. Final costs will be determined during checkout or prior to shipping your items (international orders). For International orders, please note that your shipping cost does not include duties, taxes or customs clearance charges. Your local authorities will invoice you separately for these items, when applicable.

We offer free shipping for orders in the US over $100 for jewelry orders, and $150 for all other items.

International orders are shipped via USPS and arrive within 7-15 business days. All transit times given are estimates and may take longer for some countries and customs procedures. Customs and clearance is beyond the control of both House of Botori and USPS.

Please note that we distribute our products worldwide and may be at a retailer/stockist near you! For the possibility of receiving our products faster and without paying international shipping and import fees, contact one of our international distributors.

Order Fulfillment

Orders take up to 48 hours to process before shipping. Most orders placed before 12 PM EST will ship the next business day after processing, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12 noon EST will be processed within the next day’s orders and ship the next available business day after processing. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday, excluding holidays. Expedited orders (UPS 2-Day and UPS Overnight) receive priority processing. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses may take longer and specifically, up to an additional 7 to 14 days for APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Delays

The following orders may result in delayed shipping:

  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Shipping address does not match billing address
  • Payment delay or issue
  • Orders held because they contain a large quantity of a single item that would cause inventory depletion (note: this is an infrequent circumstance)
  • UPS failure to deliver (e.g. severe weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstance)

Address Corrections/Undeliverable Addresses

Costs associated with incorrect addresses are charged by UPS and passed along to you, the customer. However, address corrections can be made, free of charge, before your order has shipped by contacting our Customer Service Department at Orders already shipped requiring a change of address or a correction will incur a $14 fee. In the event an order cannot be delivered and is returned, a $6.95 return shipping fee is charged. Upon receipt of the returned shipment you have the following options available:

  1. We are happy to reship the item for an additional $6.95 via UPS Ground. Since the package incurred a return shipping fee of $6.95, this option is $13.90. Please let us know if we need to update the shipping destination at this time.
  2. We can simply return the item to stock and refund your card the product cost minus the incurred return shipping fee of $6.95.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you will receive an email with shipping and tracking information. You can use your tracking number on the carrier's website to trace your order. We also list your tracking number with your order detail; click the "Order Status" button when you log in to your account.

Finding Your Box

If the tracking information shows the order has been delivered be sure to check everywhere — occasionally, carriers leave deliveries with neighbors, building managers, or places like your porch, garage, or even behind bushes. If there is no tracking information or the tracking information shows the item was returned to us, please contact us by email or phone. We may have the wrong shipping address, the driver may have unsuccessfully attempted delivery, or the carrier may have lost it.

If You're Not Home

It's up to the driver's discretion whether to require a signature for delivery, drop the package off at your doorstep or to leave it with a building manager or doorman. If the driver believes it's best to obtain a signature, he or she will try a few times to secure one. When a package is returned “undeliverable,” you should get a full refund unless it is determined that the order was improperly refused. Undeliverable orders will not be resent. You must place a new order to receive your items.

Products Arriving Together

Most of your products will be shipped together in one box and will arrive at the same time. However, if the order is large and shipped in more than one box, your packages may arrive separately — although this is rare. If you log in to your account and see more than one tracking number listed for your order, expect to receive separate packages. On the UPS website, you can also see the estimated delivery date for each package. Note that gift certificates are shipped separately.

Shipping to a Post Office (PO) Box

We do not offer shipping to PO Boxes at this time. Please use your actual address for shipping. Any orders entered with a PO Box shipping address will delay processing.
