Refund Policy

Items purchased from HouseofBotori.com may be returned for a refund to the original payment form within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in new, unworn/unwashed condition and still have the original tags and packaging. Items returned for a refund incur a 15% restocking fee of the product’s cost, but items returned for an exchange do not. (Wondering why we require a restocking fee? Visit here.)

Exchange Policy

Items purchased from HouseofBotori.com may be returned for an exchange within 60 days of purchase as long as they are in new, unworn/unwashed condition and still have the original tags and packaging. Ship the original item back to us and we’ll ship your new item out (please note shipping charges will be incurred).

Promotional Item Policy

If applicable, promotional items received with the purchase of the product being returned for a refund must also be returned in new, unworn/unwashed condition. If not included with your return, we will subtract the promotional item’s value from your refund. In most cases, promotional items received with the purchase of a product being exchanged can be kept, but we will confirm this with you.

International Returns

We cannot offer exchanges on orders shipped internationally. If you need to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order online for your desired product. We will credit your account upon receipt of the merchandise minus any import tariffs, duties, and taxes. International returns are subject to applicable duty and tax charges in accordance with law. Additionally, we cannot refund the original international shipping charges, duties, taxes, or any other charges incurred.

Returns for items purchased from a retailer other than HouseofBotori.com

If you purchased your items from one of our retailers, please contact the retailer for their return policy. We cannot accept returns for items purchased through a retailer.

Contact us at customerservice@houseofbotori.com to request a refund or exchange for products purchased from HouseofBotori.com

  • In the subject line, type “Return Request” or "Exchange Request"
  • In the body, please indicate your name, order number, and reason for returning the product. If you are requesting an exchange, please indicate the product and pattern you’d like to exchange for.
  • We will reply with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further instructions to complete your return.

Once you receive a return authorization number, please send your return to:

For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable method from a carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. House of Botori is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Returns and exchanges must be shipped prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. All returned pieces will be thoroughly examined and items that do not meet our return/exchange qualifications will be sent back at the customer's cost.

If you are returning product for a refund, Please be sure to include:

  • Your Return Authorization number on the outside and inside packaging
  • Your contact information (email, phone) in case we have a need to reach you about you return
  • If applicable, any promotional items you may have received with the purchase of the product being returned. If not included with your return, we will subtract the promo item's value from your refund.

That's it! Once the original item(s) are received at House of Botori, we will credit your account the product cost minus a 15% restocking fee. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the refund to appear on your statement.

If you are returning product for an exchange, Please be sure to include:

  • Your Return Authorization number on the outside and inside packaging
  • Your contact/shipping information in case we have a need to reach you about your return
  • The item(s) and pattern(s) you are exchanging for (this may be included in the memo area of the check).
  • If applicable, a check made out to House of Botori to cover any price difference. A Customer Service Representative will inform you of the appropriate amount to include.
  • If applicable, any promotional items you may have received with the purchase of the product being returned. If not included with your return, we will simply subtract the promotional item's value from your refund.

Once the original item(s) are received at House of Botori, we will ship your replacement back out to you at the applicable shipping costs. At this time you will receive emailed shipping confirmation and tracking details.

All returned pieces will be thoroughly examined and items that do not meet our return qualifications will be sent back at the customer's cost.

Warranty Information (excludes Jewelry)

We strive to create quality consumer products that exceed your expectations. We apologize if that is not the case – if you’re experiencing quality issues with your products, please send an email to customerservice@houseofbotori.com with:

  1. The original sales order number if purchased from our online shop or the name of the store from which it was purchased.
  2. Your contact information (mailing address, email address, phone number)
  3. A description of the problem
  4. Digital close up photos of the problem attached
  5. Product Label Number

We greatly appreciate your cooperation.

All will be forwarded to our Product Manager for examination and documentation and upon review we will reply with a possible warranty replacement approval. We will also notify you if we will be creating a UPS call tag to return the product back to us.
